Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026. This is a starting draft — please add your own service charges and timelines.

Flights

Changes and refunds follow the fare rules of the airline. We will tell you the airline penalty and our service charge [amount] before you confirm. Refund timing depends on the airline.

Umrah and holiday packages

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on hotel and airline rules. [Add your package cancellation slabs here.]

Visa services

Embassy and government fees are not refundable once an application is submitted. Our service fee is refundable only if we have not started processing.
